In this paper, firstly, a brief introduction to the theory, technique and methods of soil erosion with remote sensing were presented. An overview was then given on the research progress of soil erosion with remote sensing. Finally, the exiting problems and the future development trends and prospect of soil erosion with remote sensing were discussed.
